## What I'm Working On {#focus}

- **Optimizing existing workflows**: reducing context loss between product, design, engineering, and GTM.
- **Exploring AI Native products**: understanding when Agents should intervene, what they should own, and how they should express state.
- **Context / Memory / Guardrails**: making Agents operate inside clear context and boundaries.

## Method in One Line {#method}

My core benchmark is two flywheels:

- **Time to Insight**: discovering what is worth building faster.
- **Time to Value**: turning judgment into validated product value faster.
